New World Slavery!

Old World Slavery!

"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." --- The 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution.

There is one group of American workers so disenfranchised that major corporations are able to get away with paying them wages that rival those of impoverished third-world sweatshops. These laborers have been legally stripped of their political, economic and social rights and ultimately relegated to modern-day SLAVES of the New World System. They are banned from unionizing, violently silenced from speaking out, and forced to work for very little or NO wages at all. They are also forced to work in some of the most dangerous and toxic places, and forced to handle very dangerous chemicals and or objects with very little protection or NO protection at all. This marginalization renders them practically invisible, as they are kept hidden off the grid, from society and the masses, with NO available recourse to improve their circumstances or change their plight. They make up the 1.6 million African American male and female prisoners locked behind bars where we cannot see them or hear from them. For the most part, they represent America's; New World slaves of the 21st century.

As it turns out, private companies in this country have a very cheap, easy labor market, and it isn't in China, Indonesia, Haiti, or Mexico. It's right here in the so-called land of the free, where large corporations increasingly employ prisoners as a main source of cheap and sometimes FREE labor.

This is why America want Black men to remain uneducated, unemployed and in prison!

In the eyes of the U.S. government and many major corporations today, inmate labor is a brilliant strategy in the eternal quest to maximize profit and perhaps bring Corporate America back home.

By investing into the prison labor pool, companies have their pick of workers who are not only very cheap, but very easily controlled. These same companies are free to avoid providing such benefits as health insurance, sick days, vacation days, holidays, time and a half on overtime, while simultaneously paying their New World Slaves little to NO wages at all. Also, companies who exploit prison labor don’t need to worry about union demands for better working conditions, better benefits, as well as performance bonuses and or raises.

Prison laborers are full-time workers and their employers never have to worry about them being late or absent. With free or low wage prison labor, any company can run three shifts around the clock and never have to include shift differential pay-rates as extra incentives to run around the clock. If the inmates refuse to work, they are moved to disciplinary housing and stand to lose canteen privileges, mail and phone call privileges, along with "good-time" credit that may reduces their sentence. To top it off, the federal government subsidizes the use of inmate labor by private companies with very lucrative tax write-offs.

The abolition of slavery dealt a very devastating economic blow to the South following the loss of free labor through slavery, after the Civil War. So in the late 19th century, an extensive prison system was created in the South in order to maintain the racial and economic relationship of slavery, a mechanism legally backed by the 13th amendment that's clearly responsible for re-enslaving African people, namely African American males.  Louisiana’s famous Angola Prison is a prime illustration of how the intentional transformation from slave-to-inmate was plotted out:

Please note: In 1880, this 8000-acre family plantation was purchased by the state of Louisiana and converted into a prison, and all of the slave quarters were transformed into cell units. Now expanded to 18,000 acres, the Angola Plantation is currently tilled by prisoners working the land, which is a very chilling yet vivid depiction of Modern Day Slavery."

The abolition of slavery quickly gave rise to the Black Codes and Convict Leasing, (please click on each of the two terms above to get further information regarding them). Together the Black Code and Convict Leasing worked wonders at perpetuating African American servitude by exploiting a loophole in the 13th Amendment, as posted in the opening of this article.

The Black Codes were a set of laws that criminalized legal activity for African Americans and provided a pretext for the arrest and mass imprisonment of newly freed Africans, which caused the percentage of African Americans in prison to surpass whites for the very first time in recorded history. Convict Leasing involved leasing out prisoners to private companies that paid the state a certain fee in return. Prison inmates worked for the companies during the day outside the prison and they would returned back to their cells at night.

The system provided revenue for the state and profits for plantation owners and wasn’t abolished until the 1930s.Unfortunately, prison inmate leasing was quickly replaced with equally despicable state-run chain gangs. Once again, stories of vicious abuse created enough public anger to abolish chain gangs by the 1950s. Nevertheless, the systems of prisoner exploitation never disappeared.

Today's corporations can lease factories in prisons, as well as lease prisoners out to their factories. In many cases, private corporations are running prisons-for-profit, which further increases the incentive for locking up Black males in this country.

This is also why the THREE STRIKE LAW as well as MANDATORY MINIMUM DRUG SENTENCES were both imposed. (please click on each of the two terms above to get further information regarding them.)

Today, well over 600,000 or probably close to a million African American inmates are now working full-time in jails and prisons throughout the United States. Perhaps some of them built your desk chair, office furniture, especially the furniture in many state universities and federal offices. Today, inmates also take hotel reservations through corporate call centers. They also make body armor and very sophisticated weapon systems for the U.S. military along with manufacturing their own prison garments and accessories, in addition to the iconic task of pressing license plates. This is the real reason for our current failing economy here in America. Everyday civilian workers are losing their jobs by the masses to prisoners, especially manufacturing and industrial jobs.

Some of the largest and most powerful corporations in this country have huge stakes in the expansion of the prison labor market. These major corporations including but are not limited to IBM, Boeing, Motorola, Microsoft, AT&T Wireless, Texas Instrument, Dell, Compaq, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, Nortel, Lucent Technologies, 3Com, Intel, Northern Telecom, TWA, Nordstrom’s, Revlon, Macy’s, Pierre Cardin, Target Stores and many many more. Between 1994 and 2004 alone profits from prison labor went up from $1.31 billion to $ 4 billion. And since the prison labor force has greatly increased since then, it is very safe to assume that today in 2013, profits accrued from the current use of prison labor have nearly doubled since then.

I strongly believe that within the next 5 - 10 years prison labor will be the biggest thing on Wall Street once this so-called bogus economical crisis served it's true purpose and create tens of thousands more unemployed Black men all across this country.  Black people, America wants your sons in prison or the local cemetery, which is why guns, drugs and abortion clinics permeate throughout our communities all across this country as oppose to trade schools, rehabilitation clinics, community outreach centers, recreational centers and other positive educational, recreational and self-help resources.

When unemployment goes up, so does drug sales, homicides and many other heinous street related criminal activity. This planned nation-wide castration of jobs once dominated by African American males will no doubt create the proverbial prison labor force that the US is looking to double within the next 5 -10 years. This current so-called economical crisis was created purposely to put tens of thousands more Black men out of work and into the penal system. This is why industry has halted in this country because again, working class Black men are very plentiful in industrial and or the manufacturing labor force. By sending those jobs overseas and down to South America - jobs that were once dominated by Black men are now very scarce or paying very  low, insulting hourly wages, such as; $8 - $10 an hour.

The bottom line is this: Why pay African American males $15 - $25 an hour for skilled or unskilled labor when you can pay them $0.35 - $1.25 an hour in prison?

If we don't (collectively) do anything about this as a race in the very near future, 6 out of every 10 Black males will more than likely end up spending the rest of their lives as "New World Slaves" on the in-side of a 30 ft. prison wall. And this form of New World Slavery is perfectly legal this time according to the 13th Amendment of the US Constitution.

For the record: Many major corporations yesterday and today have partnered with the state and federal governments to build large prisons for the sole purpose of garnering huge profits through cheap prison labor. But the true fact of the matter is; they desperately need tens of thousands of prison inmates to fill those prison facilities in order to profit from them.

"I NEED YOUR BLACK  SONS IN MY PRISONS
IN ORDER TO PROFIT FROM THEM!"

This is why America wants your Black sons in prison. This is why America embraces young, inexperienced, single Black women who are raising children alone, namely males. She represents the breeder of the United States New World Prison or slave population. This is why Feminism and the Welfare State was created and implemented. It was strategically designed to embrace and create a false sense of security and independence for the Black woman and at the same time castrate the Black male image by NOT allowing him to be in the home - All in exchange for her Black sons. Six out of every ten boys who are raise without a "quality" father or male role model in the home are much more likely to take to crime and spend the rest of their lives behind bars. Take care of the Black woman and you can have her sons and at the same time, she will teach her daughters to repeat the same destructive cycle. This is a very critical concept for creating the proverbial New World Slave population and clearly what the infamous slave owner Willie Lynch was making reference to when he stated in his infamous letter:

"The Breaking Process of The African Woman

"This is a perfect situation of sound sleep and economics. Before the breaking process, we had to be alertly on guard at all times. Now, we can sleep soundly, for out of frozen fear "HIS WOMAN STANDS GUARD FOR US." He cannot get past her early slave-molding process. He is a good tool, now ready to be tied to the horse at a tender age. By the time a nigger boy reaches the age of sixteen, he is soundly broken in and ready for a long life of sound and efficient work and the reproduction of a unit of good (prison) labor force."

So to all of you young, inexperienced single mothers, "man-hatingfeminist, dead-beat fathers and so-called thugs, gangsters, drug dealers and beast of the streets, a very vicious cycle has been cleverly plotted out to usher African Americans right back into slavery. And the African American female is the "horse" that this evil plot is riding on. And according to the 13th amendment it's perfectly legal.
